Carnival Control ("we", "us") provides software for schools to run and manage athletics, swimming and cross country carnivals. By creating an account or using the officials', parent or spectator screens, you agree to these terms.
The person who creates a school account is responsible for keeping the login details for it secure, and for what happens under that account. We recommend turning on two-step verification (available on the Security page) once you're set up. Tell us straight away at carnivalcontrolgo@gmail.com if you think an account has been compromised.
We aim to keep the service available, especially on carnival days, but we're a small operation and cannot promise it will never go down. We do not sell, rent or share your school's data with anyone else for marketing or advertising purposes. See the Privacy Policy for how data is actually handled.
Pricing is shown on the sign-up page. Creating an account does not charge you anything - we'll be in touch to arrange payment (including by invoice or purchase order, if that's how your school pays) before anything is billed. An account that lapses keeps its data; nothing is deleted for non-payment without us contacting you first.
The service is for running your school's own carnivals. Please don't use it to store or transmit anything unlawful, attempt to access another school's data, or try to disrupt the service for others.
We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a change that matters, we'll aim to let account holders know by email.
